When the school is about to formally inaugurate a new branch after it has been signed they are given the counseling pitch, and online counseling sessions commence from that point on. Attending inquiries and providing explanations of the curriculum, books, infrastructure, etc. is advantageous for them.

We provide daily online training sessions to the mentors of our branches. We organize physical training sessions at HO Delhi time to time to help mentors understand pedagogy as per Learning Wings. These sessions are centered around curriculum, activities, celebrations, etc. as per NEP 2020. The mentors are also informed about the NCF. The directors of the branches are informed by HO that CR should be given to them to decide about the mentors. Enhancing the mentor's personality and elevating their confidence is achieved.

Our main objective is to organize meetings with directors online and offline to obtain the growth report for the school, children, and awareness of the branch in the vicinity. We provide them with numerous marketing suggestions. We give our directors the opportunity to feel comfortable sharing their feedback. The Dedicated Director's award of the month is given to individuals who take the initiative to achieve their vision.
